How to Turn in License Plates in Pennsylvania

If y'all are moving out of the land of Pennsylvania with your vehicle, be aware that the Department of Transportation may desire their license plates (or "tags") back. If y'all have a car, and do not accept liability insurance, the tags must be surrendered.
